What kinds of courses do you offer?

We generally use newsletters to update our subscribers for such new courses, so make sure you are subscribed to our weekly newsletter.

How the online classes are conducted?

Your instructor conducts the classes and uses screen sharing. You can easily ask questions and get answers instantly by text and voice. All you need is a computer and a good internet connection to participate in online classes.

Do you conduct classes on weekdays or weekends?

We conduct the classes only on weekends for working professionals and students, so that they don’t have to change their weekdays (office/college) schedules.

What is the required internet speed to participate in the LIVE classes?

Recommended speed is 1MBps however it generally works great with 512KBps or even 256KBps.

What is the process of certification?

Certificates will be provided to all the candidates who will successfully complete the course. In some courses you will undergo an online exam or have to complete a real life project to earn your certificate.

Do I get a physical certificate?

Yes, an industry endorsed hard copy of the certificate will be mailed on your physical address.

What if I miss a class?

We record all the classes so even if you miss a class you can see its recorded lecture in your Account(WorkSpace). You also have the flexibility to re-attend the missed class in some other batch.

What if my queries are not answered in class?

It doesn’t happen generally, however we have an excellent support team to take care of all your questions. You can ask our support members to answers your queries, anytime.

How long do I have access to the online course materials?

Once you enroll in any course, you get the life time access to the course material and our technical support.

Can I download the content?

Yes, we host all the content on our servers, so you can download it anytime for your personal use. However copying and distribution without our consent is not allowed. Please go through our Terms and Conditions for more details.

Who will teach?

All of our instructors are working professionals in IT companies. They have rich experience in real projects. We appoint and train these instructors so that they can enrich your learning experience with real life problems and scenarios.

What is On-Demand 24x7 Tech support?

Our technical support is available to all of our learners anytime they want. With this facility learners can talk directly to instructors and support members to get answers of their queries, however they need to notify us one day before if the time of the support falls in non-office hours so that we can make arrangements for them. Office hours are 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM (All Days).

How can I get support?

You can contact us on the Skype ID allotted to you or call to our customer care directly. In case of non-office hours support, you need to send a support request first to support@wingnity.com mentioning the time and date of your availability after which you will receive a confirmation message from our support team. At your specified time, our help will be available.

Will I get a real life project to work upon?

Yes, you get a real life project scenario to work upon. After successfully completing the project you can get your certificate. Same project will be mentioned in your certificate.

Do I get the support after the completion of the course?

Yes, Support will be available to you even after completing the course. So if you face any problem, you can directly contact support team to resolve your doubt anytime.

What's your refund policy?

We strive hard to give you a great learning experience but still if you are not satisfied, you will get your full refund. Contact our customer service within 10 days of your purchase. Your refund request will be processed with no-questions asked.

How can I make the payment?

You can make the payment using Credit Card, Debit Card, Net banking (from All Renowned Banks). We use the most trusted CCAvenue Payment gateway for payment processing. If you are outside of India, you can your PayPal account for the same.

I don’t have Credit or Debit card, Can I pay cash?

No, we don’t accept Cash payment. You can only make the payment through our website.
